By accessing or using Crystal Cloud's services, including our website, GPU procurement, hosting services, and cloud infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Service Terms
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates that could temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice of any planned maintenance whenever possible.
Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Enterprise customers with specific SLA requirements should refer to their individual service agreements, which take precedence over these general terms where applicable.
User Responsibilities
- You must not use our services for any illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services
- You must not use our services to mine cryptocurrency without explicit written permission
Payment Terms
Payment terms vary by service type and contract. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our refund policy.
- Invoices are generated monthly for ongoing services
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payments may result in service interruption
