Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE July 11, 2026 / CRYSTAL CLOUD, INC. / LOS ANGELES, CA

This Privacy Policy explains how Crystal Cloud, Inc. (“Crystal Cloud,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with this website and our GPU infrastructure services. It is maintained by Crystal Cloud to answer common privacy questions; it is not legal advice. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit a form (for example, a scoping request or a facility submission) or email us, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your name, work email address, company, and information about your compute requirement, hardware, or facility.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to your inquiry, scope and structure potential transactions, verify counterparties, operate and secure the site, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that operate the site and our communications on our behalf (such as hosting, database, and email delivery providers), when required by law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction. Deal-specific details are never disclosed to a counterparty except under a signed agreement, consistent with our NDA-first process.

4. Confidentiality of deal information

Facility, allocation, credit, and counterparty details submitted through our process are treated as confidential. Nothing that identifies one party is revealed to another until the relevant agreement is executed.

5. Data retention and security

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — including access controls and encryption in transit — against unauthorized access. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided, and you may ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond as required by law.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.

8. Contact

Questions or requests regarding this policy can be directed to contact@crystalcloud.ai.
